For those of you familiar with the liqueur, Cassis, which is used in Kirs and Kir Royales, you may appreciate this. For about two weeks out of the summer, you can actually buy the fruit cassis that the liqueur is made from.I did make a crisp out of the first batch, but even after a large bit of sugar they were still a little sour. Still with the mixture of fruit they would be good.
