So the truth is out, the reason why we wanted to see these temples in Khajuraho was for the Kama Sutra sculptures. It's not like an entire temple is filled with just the Kama Sutra positions - but they weren't shy about sex, those Hindus - pre-Islamic invasion. Here we see beastiality which was no condoned (see man behind horse closing his eyes - albeit still peeking). You could tell that they had a sense of humor about the whole thing.
