Another new vegetable - Sea Kale - now available at the local market. Kind of like spinach, but with a little more flavor and a built-in salting from the sea.If you ever come across it for the first time - don't make the same mistake I did and add salt - oops. After the first bite, we kind of had this dry sucking sound come out of our mouths - but the second time around (with no salt) it was really nice.
