Not sure if it's the highly efficient kitchen (otherwise known as terribly small), the good markets, or the lack of Taco Bell, but Patrick and I are eating more at home than we did in the US.Patrick was so impressed that he took a picture of dinner one night. We were kind of in a hurry (meaning we wanted to finish dinner in under an hour), so we ate all at once - the dinner (for Patrick) was duck breast, potato dauphinoise (creamed potatoes), and a cool kind of layered thing with roasted vegetables and puff pastry.
