A couple of weeks ago (yes, I'm behind in my posting), Patrick and I invited Laurence (see
Making Foie Gras) and her husband Richard to dinner at our apartment. Sorry, the days of throwing dinner parties for 8-50 of our closest friends are simply no longer an option.
So for all my friends who wonder if I'm still cooking, here's the dinner we had (note: I did cheat on the dessert).
