I have taken a lot of pictures over the last 18 months on foods that inspire me. This is a typical one that I had taken in Rome after passing a little pastry shop. Not sure what the heck it actually is - probably a strawberry and orange frothing cake thing with puffpastry to hide all the messy imperfections.And even though I would have no idea how to cut into it - it has to be good.
