Unable to eat a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner; we did stop for a quick bite in Jaipur once we checked into the hotel. Although I've spaced the name of this particular dish - it's native to the Jaipur area - something like a chickpea flour dumpling in a nice marsala sauce. Awesome.

Unable to eat a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner; we did stop for a quick bite in Jaipur once we checked into the hotel. Although I've spaced the name of this particular dish - it's native to the Jaipur area - something like a chickpea flour dumpling in a nice marsala sauce. Awesome.
