Had a Saturday day free, so Patrick and I went with Chris and Jill Hagn up to Soufflenheim, which is famous for its Alsatian pottery.We ended up getting some Xmas presents and sending them (for a pretty penny) home to the US. This is a picture of the one shop where we bought most of our pottery. The traditional Alsatian pottery has just a few designs (the most common one is a blue background with four white dots in a diamond evenly placed throughout the piece).
