OK, it's slightly illegal in this country, but we did get a very nice bottle of Absinthe from Jason and Amber as a little thank you for the restaurant thing.Since the stuff is made from wormwood - a nasty little herb I grew 20 years ago - I think I'll wait until Fall to open it up. Maybe by that time I'll have a cold and need the natural remedy.
