This is going to be your cheese soufflé with a white truffle fondue. Not only was the region we were in well-known for their sparkling wine, but it was also truffle central - both black and white ones.The picture makes the dish look bigger and heavier than it actually was, since I don't think I could have made it very far if this was a regular portion.
